Chablis küla südames paiknev La Chablisienne tegutseb aastast 1923. La Chablisienne sai alguse koostööst viinamarjakasvatajate vahel, kelle ambitsioon oli oma tooteid laiemale maailmale tutvustada. Chablis on maailma üks vanemaid viinamarja kasvatamise piirkondi, seal on erakordne pinnas ja suurepärane kasvupotentsiaal just Chardonnay sordile.
