NISUJAHU, kuivpärm, sool, suhkur, SOJAJAHU, kergitusaine naatriumvesinikkarbonaat, taignapalsami segu (NISUJAHU, emulgaatorid: SOJAletsitiin, rasvhapete mono- ja diglütseriidid; säilitusaine NAATRIUMSULFIT, jahu töötlemisained: L-tsüsteiin, askorbiinhape; ensüümid, paakumisvastane aine trikaltsiumfosfaadid)

Instructions

1. Vala jahusegu kaussi, lisa 200 ml sooja (umbes 36°C) vett ja 45 ml taimeõli. 2. Sõtku tainast, kuni see enam käte külge ei kleepu, vormi sellest pall ja lase 30 min soojas (30-35°C) kohas kerkida. 3. Rulli tainas jahuga ülepuistatud pinnal ümaraks või kandiliseks plaadiks ja pane ahjuplaadile või vormi. 4. Määri pitsapõhi taimeõli ja tomatipastaga, seejärel lisa koostisained. 5. Küpseta u 20 min temperatuuril 200–220°C eelkuumutatud ahjus.
