⚠️ Important information about fish storage
The shelf life of fresh fish is valid until the end of the packing day.
Please note that quality claims cannot be accepted if the fish has been left in a sealed plastic package after delivery and the package is opened only at a later date.
When receiving your fish order, do not place the fish in the refrigerator in a plastic bag. Remove the fish from the plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator. This helps preserve the quality and best taste of fresh fish. The optimal storage temperature is around 0°C. Prepare the fish as soon as possible.
According to regulations, the shelf life of fresh fish sold from the service counter is limited to the same day, regardless of the shelf life indicated for the batch.
Alcohol consumption has negative effects.
The sale, purchase and transfer of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
