Hoolikalt puhastada ja desinfitseerida haav ning selle ümbrus. Võta plaaster välja paberist ja eemalda kaitsekiht. Aseta plaaster vigastada saanud kohale. Mitte puutuda absorbeeritud padjakest näppudega. Plaastri ääred hoolikalt kinnitada ja mitte lubada voltide tekkimist kinnitusel. Soovitav vahetada plaastrit vähemalt kord päevas ja samuti padjakese märjaks saamisel. Asetage plaaster puhastatud, kuivale nahale. Hoiduge padja puudutamisest näppudega. Hoida kuivas ja puhtas kohas toatemperatuuril (15-30oC) Põletiku tekkimisel soovitav pöörduda arsti poole. Allergia, kiheluse või punetuse tekkimisel nahal eemaldada koheselt plaaster.
