Retsept:
Muretaignaküpsised (2 ahjuplaadi täit):
Vaja läheb: 100 g suhkrut, 200 g võid (külmalt), 300 g tavalist jahu, 1 muna, 4 tl KOTÁNYI muretaigna küpsise vürtsisegu.
Valmistamine:
1. Lõigake või väikesteks kuubikuteks ja sõtkuge koos kõigi koostisosadega ühtlaseks tainaks. Asetage tainas kilesse ja laske 30 minutit külmkapis seista.
2. Rullige tainas 0,5 cm paksuseks ja lõigake välja küpsised.
3. Küpsetage eelkuumutatud ahjus 180°C juures 10 min.
