Muffinid nougatiga (9 tükki):
Vaja läheb: 100 g võid, 80 g tuhksuhkrut, 2 muna, 100 g jahu, 100 g röstitud mandleid, 1 tl küpsetuspulbrit, 1 tl KOTÁNYI maitseainesegu, 100 g piima, 50 g nugat.
Valmistamine:
1. Vahustage või ja suhkur kohevaks vahuks. Segage juurde munad. Segage omavahel jahu, küpsetuspulber, maitseainesegu ja hakitud röstitud mandlid. Segage koos piimaga võisegusse.
2. Lõigake nugat 9 kuubikuks.
3. Valage tainas muffinivormidesse. Lisage igasse vormi nougati tükike. Küpsetage 180°C juures 25 min.
