Does the Rimi e-shop have the same special offers as physical Rimi shops?

Promotional offers in the e-shop may differ from the special offers valid in stores. Store-based special discounts in the e-shop do not apply.

How can I see personal offers in the e-store?

Your personal product offerings are marked as „You might like it“, „Recommended“, and „Your Favorite choice“. 

At the moment, it is not possible to see personal offers in a separate tab, but we are working on it to ensure that you can find your personal offers conveniently in one place.

Can the Health Friday discount be used in the e-shop?

No, the Health Friday discount is valid in Rimi stores. We hope that the discount will soon be available to e-store customers as well.

Gifts shown in the shopping cart were missing from my order. What should I do?

The number of gifts is limited, and they will be added to orders until the gift stock lasts. It is possible that the gifts were out of stock at the time you completed your order and therefore they were not added.
