Is it possible to change the delivery address and delivery time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address and delivery time of active orders. If you wish you can cancel the order by calling our customer support at +372 605 6333. After you cancel the order, you can place a new order with correct data.

What is the delivery cost of the order?

Delivery costs depend on your selected time of delivery and it will range from EUR 1.99 to EUR 4.99. You can see the exact delivery cost when you select the delivery date and time.

For orders above EUR 50,98 delivery is free of charge. For free transport, coupon discount is not included in the final purchase amount.

In addition, you can buy the home delivery service package, allowing you to shop without having to pay for delivery every single time. 

Is it possible to change the delivery address if the order is already placed?

It is possible to change the order address for active orders under your e-store profile, except for if a coupon based on the delivery method has been used to place the order. When changing the order address, the existing delivery time will not be booked and a new delivery time must be selected from the available times.

What is the minimum time between the order and delivery?

If you have made your order before 11:00, you can receive it already on the same day from 17:00. This can change if demand is high therefore do not make your shopping on the last minute! Exact delivery or availability times will be visible when you are chosing delivery method and timing!

Delivery area

We deliver orders placed in the Rimi e-store to locations in Tallinn, Pärnu, Rakvere and Tartu and in their vicinity. You can also order goods to your home by courier in Narva, Narva-Jõesuu, Sillamäe and in their vicinity.

How can I refuse from gift with my purchase?

To show you new products a gift may be included in your purchase. If the gift is not relevant to you, please tell it to our courier at the time of delivery and we will take the gift out from the order.
